    OkThoughts is a freemium, topic-focused, user-generated content online platform including its website, features, and functionality. The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed. Core features are free, with optional paid features.

  3. Accounts

    1. You must create an account to use the Service.
    2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
    3. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

  4. Paid Features & Subscriptions

    1. Certain features require payment and are offered as subscriptions.
    2. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
    3. Prices may change with prior notice.

  5. Refunds

    All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or handled by the applicable app store or payment processor.

    2. By posting content, you grant OkThoughts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, modify and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
    3. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, post, or display on the Service. OkThoughts does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.
    4. OkThoughts operates as an intermediary platform hosting user-generated content. OkThoughts does not create, edit, or endorse most user content and acts only as a platform provider.

  7. Public Content and Ideas

    1. The Service is a public discussion platform. Content submitted to OkThoughts may be viewed, discussed, or used by other users.
    2. You should not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information that you do not wish to make public.
    3. OkThoughts does not guarantee confidentiality. By posting ideas, concepts, or business proposals on the Service, you acknowledge that other users may develop similar ideas independently. OkThoughts is not responsible for disputes regarding idea ownership, originality, similarity, or alleged copying between users.

  8. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:

    2. Post prohibited content (see Community Guidelines)
    3. Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content
    4. Interfere with the Service's security or operations
    5. OkThoughts reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the Community Guidelines.

  9. Intellectual Property

    1. Users retain ownership of their content as described in the User Content section above. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of user content to OkThoughts.
    2. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Such mentions do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with OkThoughts.
    3. OkThoughts does not mediate or resolve intellectual property disputes between users.

  10. Third-Party Services

    The Service may allow users to authenticate using third-party services. Google and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners. OkThoughts is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

  11. Disclaimers

    1. Content is user-generated and informational only.
    2. OkThoughts does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
    3. Use the Service at your own risk.

  12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkThoughts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or Policies.

  14. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices.
